Catch a liar online

You don't have to be a good liar to tell a convincing lie on the internet

Since you don't have face to face contact it is easy and convinient for people to concoct a few lies on the internet. Some of the ways below will help you determine if someone is lying or not.

When someone is too quick to tell you he earns a 1 million a month and his profile says he squats with friend. Now, why would someone earning that much not have a place of his own. Someone tells you he is over 6ft and you don't see a photo on his profile matching that, Its impossible for a tall person not to stand out in a photo. If you are chatting with someone who claims to be sick and you find a status update with "chilling with the guys". A sick person "chilling with the guys"?

When you notice a sudden change in syntax or pattern or deviation in message, it could be a way to tell you they might be lying. You can tell when your message has been sent and so you the person has seen it. When the person is suddenly taking longer time to respond to you and then the response is long, this could mean that the person is taking his/her time a craft a beautiful liar.
