Microsoft to launch new phone in 2016.

Microsoft is planning on launching a Surface Phone in 2016 after the launch of its flagship smartphone Lumia 950 which the company is focusing on the Window 10 Mobile release.

At the UBS Global Technology Broker Conference last week, Microsoft's CFO Amy Hood offered another hint at what could be the Surface Phone.

“We launched a [Lumia] 950 and a 950 XL. They’re premium products, at the premium end of the market, made for Windows fans. And we’ll have a business phone, as well,” Amy Hood said.
